Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SiteSprint ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our web development services and website.

By accessing our services or website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

SiteSprint provides professional web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• E-commerce platform development
• Web application development
• Website maintenance and support
• SEO optimization services
• Performance optimization
• Digital marketing solutions

All services are provided under separate service agreements that supplement these Terms. Service-specific terms may apply and will be communicated during project initiation.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms
• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy outlined in individual service agreements.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SiteSprint and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive:

• Full rights to custom code developed specifically for their project
• Rights to content created for their website
• Rights to design elements created specifically for their brand

SiteSprint retains rights to:

• Proprietary frameworks and development tools
• General methodologies and business processes
• Portfolio rights to showcase completed work

We provide a 30-day warranty on all development work, covering:

• Bug fixes and functionality issues
• Browser compatibility problems
• Performance issues related to our code

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the results that may be obtained from the use of the services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SITESPRINT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hungary and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Hungarian law, or in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the services after the date such revised Terms are posted.
